Welcome to a Very Special Place

The Meghan P. Birdsall Scholarship Fund is dedicated to the memory of Meghan P. Birdsall, who in 1996, graduated from West Essex High School in North Caldwell, New Jersey, and then attended Boston University majoring in communications. Meghan's life was cut short in her Sophomore year before she had a chance to achieve her full potential. The Scholarship, supported by donations from family, friends and the West Essex community, gives other West Essex graduates the opportunity to realize their dreams for a college education. The Scholarship is open to West Essex High School students, male or female, regardless of area of study or town of residence, who require financial assistance to reach their goals.

 
IN JUNE 2007, TWO $10,000.00 SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWARDED TO RICHARD BUONOMO OF NORTH CALDWELL AND STEFANIE SANZARI OF FAIRFIELD.
